Sarah Marie Hammett has experience handling a variety of litigation matters, including preliminary injunction hearings, depositions, and mediations.  Ms. Hammett has successfully prosecuted and defended federal and state restrictive covenant cases, trade secret misappropriations, copyright infringements, trademark infringements, cases involving the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and other business torts.  Ms. Hammett also provides a variety of services to our business clients, including preparation of confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements and covenants not to compete.  Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Hammett gained experience at the Attorney General's office and the Federal Public Defender's office.

Ms. Hammett is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
