Thomas T. Steele, Managing Shareholder, has practiced unfair competition counseling and litigation for nearly 30 years, and he is an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. He is an honors graduate of Tulane University School of Law and is a Phi Beta Kappa honors graduate of Tulane University. He served as the principal drafter of the current restrictive covenant statute. Mr. Steele clerked for The Honorable Paul H. Roney, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the former Fifth Circuit.
